His deep expertise in Human Factors has been pivotal in advancing initiatives like electric vehicles and AI to enhance social mobility and quality of life.

As a Principal Product Manager at GovTech, Rudi led R&D initiatives integrating AI Computer Vision to facilitate communication for the hearing-impaired. His leadership catalyzed a forward-thinking culture, fostering solutions that redefine industry standards.

Ong Cheow Chong

Prior to joining Buss Consulting, Cheow Chong held a number of key positions in Agency, Strategy, Finance and Operations at AIA Singapore, Allianz Asia Pacific and Allianz Indonesia, where he spearheaded strategic initiatives to drive growth, operational efficency and profitability.

During his last 8 years as the Head of Agency Strategy & Services at Allianz Indonesia, he played a critical role in transforming the agency that delivered exceptional results and helped the company achieve market leadership.

Ong Pin Hean

With almost 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Ong started his career as a life agent and has since provided his expertise in various senior positions in a few international insurers.

Mr. Ong exudes strategy. Every decision he makes involves a carefully thought-out strategic process. That’s why he always tries to see a broader perspective of his work. Specialising in agency management, planning development, sales and leadership training, he was involved in different insurance start-up projects in China. In his last position as Chief Sales Officer for Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia - in which he has served for 21 years, his contribution has brought the company phenomenal growth and produced the most productive agency in Malaysia.

Making the company perform at full throttle is Mr. Ong’s main focus. He always appreciates constructive feedback that contributes to a positive outcome.

Chan Kim Hong, Agnes

Director, General Counsel

Ms Chan is a member of the Malaysian Bar and an associate member of the Chartered Governance Professional of The Chartered Governance Institute. She began her career in 1987 with Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co (Advocates & Solicitors) and then moved on to Messrs Shook Lin & Bok (Advocates & Solicitors). Eventually, she set up her own legal practice under the style of Messrs Azlinda & AgnesChan in 1995. Throughout her career, she has provided advice on various corporate commercial matters and statutory compliances to many multinational companies.

In the years 2011 and 2012, Ms Chan served as the chairperson of the Corporate & Conveyancing Practice Committee of the Kuala Lumpur Bar Committee for two terms.

Furthermore, she was appointed as a member of the Board of Labuan Port Authority on September 29, 2017, and as a member of the Board of the Malaysian Rubber Council on May 30, 2016, by the respective Ministries.
