With almost 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Ong started his career as a life agent and has since provided his expertise in various senior positions in a few international insurers.

Specialising in agency management, planning development, sales and leadership training, he was involved in different insurance start-up projects in China. In his last position as Chief Sales Officer for Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia - in which he has served for 21 years, his contribution has brought the company phenomenal growth and produced the most productive agency in Malaysia.
